When thinking of muscle cars its hard to image a 1934 Mercedes Benz 500k Roadster as a muscle car. To picture it as a rare, classic, or antique car absolutely.
There were 58, 1934 Mercedes Benz 500 K roadsters manufactured. So this is definitely a rare model. Although the low production numbers are impressive, what is even more impressive is this vehicle has a 5.0 litre straight eight motor. In addition to this huge motor it came with a roots supercharger. This vehicle, believe it or not could do 100 MPH. In 1934 that was some very impressive speed, and even by today's standards it is not too shabby. The gas mileage was terrible with the supercharger active, a mere 7.8 mpg.
Today this car is admired and desired for its styling and rarity. I do have to admit I would love to have an original if I could afford it, fact is an original is only affordable to millionaires and museums.
