So this is an image of a 1971 Plymouth Barricuda resto mod, well sort of.
So the question of the day. What would it look like if you took a 1971 Plymouth Barracuda, mated it with a 2005 Dodge viper style hood, and the Dodge viper - Lamborghini commissioned 512 cu in v10 in small block form in the engine compartment? Then retro-modded the rest of the car. Well for starters you'd have a build sheet that was in the $100,000 to $200,000 range including purchasing the donor 1971 Plymouth Barracuda, but I would have to say it would look pretty amazing. Now, with only a rare exception, I am not usually that fond of full retro-modding a classic car. Brakes updated, updated manual tranny, and updated rear differential, well ok and mabe some more aggressive springs. However they did this car right. It is obviously a full out retro-mod but it is also a thing of beauty celebrating the 2 Mopar era's.
