This is an image of a Hudson - Essex service station sign. The sign was made in the 1920s and is porcelain. Gas stations that were authorized dealers for the car company would hang this sign by their garage doors. In any condition the Hudson-Essex original signs are hard to locate and pretty pricey if you do find them. Hudson was absorbed by the AMC corp and the last Hudson rolled off the assembly lines in 1957.
